Well, we hemmed and hawed for too long and it looks like we won't be attending the Long Center's grand opening with Carmen after all.
We're totally bummed about it because we both absolutely LOVE the music and the opera, but by the time DH got around to looking into the tickets, they were too expensive and there were hardly any seats available where we could sit together.
When we were still only dating, DH and I saw Carmen together at the old Palmer auditorium (years ago), so at least we have that memory.
